Overview
   
  Three/four arm bi-axial machines offered by naroto are ideal machines for high volume production, for the complicated shapes/sizes with similar working cycles. The wide range of swing diameter spanning 60" to 240" are widely accepted and appreciated by moulders around the globe. The machines with high volume output, sturdy steel structure and less maintenance are key features offered by naroto.
Appliction
  Naroto three arms bi-axial machines are most suitable where process time are equal for all arms like, one heating chamber, one cooling chamber and one load/unload area.
Machines are also available in different applications like
  - Four stations machines having one heating, one precooling, one
  cooling/unloading and one loading area
- Four stations machine having one preheating, one heating, one cooling and
   one loading/unloading area
- Four stations machines having one heating, one cooling and two
  loading/unloading area
 
Features:
Specially designed heating chamber for energy efficient heat transfer to moulds resulting in short cycle time
Insulating materials are used to reduce heat loss and better working environment
straight arms are provided with spacious spiders (optional) to mount different sizes of moulds for convenient working
Straight arms are also available with four mould individual carrier to achieve uniform thickness
There are provisions in electric panel for interlocking and safety devices with electrical alarms
Micro processor based electric panel with digital display (plc on request)
Enclosed cooling chamber (optional) with high efficiency industrial cooling fans
A/c variable drives for major & minor drives of the arms are inbuilt features
Load balancing and mould positioning are inbuilt features
A wide range of swing diameters ranging from 60" to 240" (1.5 - 6 mtr) with multi arm as per custom requirement
Range available from 60 to 237 inches (1.5 to 6 mtr.) With multi arm as per custom requirement.
Environment friendly burners provided for fuels like lpg/cng/oil/dual fuel
